- Online draw session, don’t have a rescheduled guarantee, if:
- It is a live event, where my time, equipment, different elements are being used by me to offer the live service, so once scheduled, and if not cancelled or postpone in proper time, the guarantee will not apply since I will be using my tools, my time, to perform the requested live.
- If the client does not reclaim the session in a period of 3 days after buying he event, so not a schedule of it has been done, following the instructions indicated on the ticket event, the guarantee will not apply and the event looses rescheduled possibilities
- Online life drawing session guarantee apply if:
- The session has been scheduled in the 3 days after buying the ticket time and if by any circumstances the client needs to reschedule, needs to indicate the change 3 days before the scheduled event happens. If not will be cancelled, with no guarantee applying.
- If done correctly, the client needs to communicates by mail or Instagram direct messages, about postponing the event and rescheduling this one for another time and date.
- I will provide the agenda with my accesability for the client to decide when and at what time the event will happen again.
REFUND POLICY
- Photos and videos DOES NOT have a refund policy since this are downloadable products, that the client can evaluate before buying them, if wanted or not.
- Online draw session can have a refund if:
- The client cancels the session 5 days before this one takes place. Having consider:
- That the client scheduled this one on the proper time specified in the ticket.
- Sessions bought and scheduled with less than 5 days schedule time, DON’T have a refund. Rescheduling is recommended.

- Once evaluated the client situation and if the refund applies, the refund will be done in no more than 15 days.
